UITE Expo LLC was founded in 2005 by the Union of Information Technology Enterprises as a specialized company in organizing ICT sector related events. 

UITExpo LLC is the organizer of Digitec Business Forum, Digitec Expo, "ICT Leaders Meeting" Forums, “Business Innovation Forum”, as well as a number of other events and projects. 

UITE Expo context involves:

• Organize international level events like exhibitions, seminars, conferences, congresses, and other events
• Support and facilitate participation of Armenian ICT companies at nternational events
• Represent RA ICT field abroad as an attractive field for investments and business and cooperation development
• Implement project to develop the Armenian ICT sector
